There are stories that begin with a business plan.
And then there are those that are born in silence, almost unintentionally.

Loopéa was born this way.

Many people think I've always worked in the world of bags or crochet, but the truth is different.

The first bag I created dates back to middle school: a simple tote bag made for a school project, created by transforming an old pair of jeans with some suede details.
A small creative experiment that, at the time, seemed destined to remain just a memory.

And that's exactly what happened.

After that experience, I completely abandoned the world of bags.
For years I didn't create anything anymore.

The return to crochet

It was in the winter of 2023 that something changed.

I picked up crocheting again almost by chance, without a precise project and without imagining what it would become.
At first, it was simply a way to occupy my mind, experiment, and find a personal space.

I created, unraveled, started over.

I tried new shapes, different materials, ideas that perhaps worked... and others that were immediately forgotten.

I wasn't building a brand.
I was looking for something that made me feel good.

And that's where everything truly began.

From creative therapy to a real project

Over time, those quiet trials began to transform into something more concrete.

My family was the first to see real potential in what I was creating.
They encouraged me to invest time and energy in this project, making me realize that perhaps this wasn't just a hobby.

Perhaps I was building something that truly spoke about me.

From that moment, I started dedicating every single bit of energy to Loopéa.

Creating something with a soul

Today, every Loopéa bag is still born in the same way: slowly, by hand, stitch by stitch.

Behind every creation there is not just an accessory, but a journey made of research, attempts, emotions, and personal growth.

I am inspired by fashion, elegant details, and great fashion houses, but I always try to reinterpret everything through my vision: to create bags that are beautiful, refined, but also versatile and authentic.

Because I believe that a handmade product has a different value.

It's not just something to wear.
It's something that tells a story.

With new ideas, new collections, and a great desire to evolve, without losing what it all started from: creativity, craftsmanship, and the desire to create something unique.
